Financier Dulcet (Dulce) is one of the four libertines of the Castle of Siegling, an echo of the banker Durcet of Sade, described as “like a Lannister.”
He owns the “wretched village of charcoal burners” around the castle: “the village belongs to him, to Dulcet.” He launched a brutal bite, a tarascón that nearly split Ärsvan in two, and was defeated after a long fight. He can recharge esforas, apparently spheres of energy.
