House of the Rotating Office (⟳) is House 9 of the Houses of the Cycle: “whoever kills the guardian becomes the guardian,” so the office is independent of whoever holds it.
The Archive recognizes this house where two blind readings coincided. Killing the holder does not destroy the office; the killer inherits it. The phrase appears almost identical in both readings, one of the strongest coincidences. The readings are A (the economy of the world) and B (the Akashic projection).
Its zodiacal echo is Libra ♎: the pointer of the scales, the office that is transferred.
