Captain Andreas is a military officer of Nesut Biti and sister of the paladin Thalia Cristalia, whose body she found in the Valley of the Tempest.

History
She found her sister suspended between life and death, her soul captured, and returned to the city with that discovery, unable to remedy it. Since then she has kept internal order: when the arc of the Devourer shook Nesut Biti, she kept the people from turning to violence. She is usually called “the captain” before her own name. Her relationship with the temple of Jalrua Ishtarensis is tense.
The pair she forms with her sister repeats an old archetype — one who fights on the surface, one who sleeps at the threshold: Ishtar and Ereshkigal, Martha and Mary.
Open questions
- She may also operate in disguise, possibly as a figure of the local underworld, perhaps linked to the bandit Luigi Vampa; unconfirmed.
