The Ferryman is an antagonist and obstacle in Montbron, guardian of a water crossing, with an archetypal resonance with Charon, the ferryman of the underworld.
According to the consolidation of Les Libertateurs (2026), the Ferryman is a figure of the type of the hunter Gracchus: the question “Who is guilty? The ferryman.” He fights in the pond, walks on water (airwalk) and withdraws without being defeated. He is also associated with gems containing souls, collected by him.
