The Report
An obsessive investigator, he was convinced that the sect of the blind is a secret power ruling the world from underground. He set down the map of that conspiracy: how they perceive without eyes, how they move through the tunnels of the old city, and where their entrances are. When investigators reach the subject of the blind, his report is the document placed in their hands; by then the tunnel entrance it describes is disused.
The text links two gestas: in 1922 (Cthulhu Buenos Aires) it is a warning read in the lodge; in 1966 (Operativo Cóndor) it is still the best map of an enemy that did not leave.
