Tomaya is an androgynous emissary of the secret order of Mount Nevermind, “the worker”, who is called both Tomás and Tomaya in the same account. A flutist in a blue tunic, Tomaya opens the doors of the descent with an amber and words of command, and gives the Libertateurs the password Stromata.

- Tomaya guides the descent to the treasure chambers with an amused, cold courtesy, measuring the greed of those led downward.
