Sarpaoli is a briefly appearing character (only a couple of days) in the orbit of the gesta (campaign-cycle) of Pretty Women. He dies at the Host Poker.

Description
A barbarian of the bison with eyes of fire; a cousin who pursues the Butcher of London, tied to an inverted black mass beside the Fountain of the Innocents.
Death
He dies once. At the Host Poker the black-feathered angel-woman lets him fall. He does not resurrect; what follows is desecration, not return: his corpse reappears on the island of Antigua, where the Jumbies kick it. The two “deaths” the archive seemed to carry, the poker and Antigua, are one death and its abused corpse.
