Portal-Closing Poems are the ritual method for closing the five portals to Abadón on Mount Analogue: the recitation of Latin verses combined with specific actions. The method is linked to Dantean cantos and Ptolemaic mathematics. Luca leads the sequence.

  • Portal 1 (Ocean): the verses Regna terrae cantate deo… (“Kingdoms of the earth, sing to God”) and holy water.
  • Portal 2 (Beach): a sin against an angel, and wings.
  • Portal 3 (Labyrinth): seven trials.
  • Portal 4 (Unicorn): the end of the labyrinth.
  • Portal 5 (Central): destroying the force at the summit; the other four portals must already be closed.

The first attempt at closing fails.
