Pazuzu is a Mesopotamian demon lord of the air, with a bird’s head, four bat wings and a scorpion’s tail. In the planar cosmology he is lord of the corrupted Elemental Plane of Air and sovereign of a layer of the Abyss, the evil chaotic plane where he reigns as a demon lord. His true name is recorded in the Demonomicon of Truenames.
