Mittelfeid, the Religious Fear Spell, is an enchantment that causes fear, cast by Michel.
- Casting: the caster shows a Judas coin (the focus) and reminds the target of the punishment of traitors in Hell.
- Resistance: the target’s own will. If the will yields, the effect lasts four embates (bouts).
- Observed effects: cast on herself, Michel cannot resist it. She recoils in terror for four bouts and is compelled to move away from the Judas coin, the focal point of the fear.
- A target already under a suggestion can be forced to “retreat” but keeps the objective of the suggestion.
