Lucy Negro is the madam of the floating fortress Narco Paradise in the QUAR chronicle (2087). She runs the flesh trade as others run the drug that rains from the skies.
She recruited the two young captives whom the band found in Narco Paradise. Her shouting disputes with Luvina are part of the soundscape of the house: two ladies of the same hell fighting over the floors of the house of Ketterstein.
