Eliseo is a hero of the Greek age whom the archive of the Invisible Cities names as the founder of Sigil.

| Role | Founder of Sigil |
| Spanish entry | Eliseo |
History
According to the memory of the twenty-five cities, he “sought higher ground” and raised the planar city of portals, sealing pacts with devils to do so. That foundation carries its own fall, the sinking of Sigil, so Eliseo is both father of the city and distant cause of its ruin.
Role
He links the cycle of the Invisible Cities with the line of Sigil and the Sogol project. He offers a mythic origin, Hellenic, pact-making and fallen, for the city of doors that recurs throughout the Mega Campaign. The source mentions him only in passing.
