Deck of Cards is a deck of magical playing cards obtained as treasure.
It is presumably a variant of the Deck of Many Things, though it could be an Italian deck, since the Descent takes place on Italian soil. Its power is uncertain: extreme chance and major narrative consequences. The Deck of Many Things is notorious among the planes for the unpredictability of its effects.
