Baron House Man is an architect and urban planner of Paris, famous for enlarging squares, building boulevards and providing options for water cleaning along the banks of the Seine. He is one of the few ennobled officials who passed from British domination to French liberation without being dismissed.
He is the beneficiary of Time Capsule 1 (a Swan Feather and a letter from Claude Nauge). His urban modifications date to the 1850s, and he appears in connection with the Time Capsules (excavation for a tunnel).
He is a figure of modern Paris, possibly inspired by Haussmann, though with a different name. His daughter is Stella, the nereid and Calendar girl.
