Wrinkles of Time are temporal anomalies in the fabric of reality: areas where time folds over itself, like creases in cloth that cannot be ironed out. In them, events happen or do not happen, and those who cross them comment on situations the world has not yet lived or lived long ago (forced precognition or postcognition).
The Suite Forgot is an example: a zone where events are forgotten, a temporal fold that erases memory.
