Tormento is a blue lightning dragon, very large and (less certainly) extremely ancient. His breath is lightning, called infinitely lethal by the chroniclers of Caldero. A lightning gem set in his chest enhances his power, and two sons are attributed to him, storm giants.

Relationship with his people
The same record shows him supplying energy to his people and also kidnapping people, rulers included, and threatening to devour children to extract territorial concessions.
