Sol Invictus is a deity worshiped in Antiterra and prayed to in the lands of the Mediterranean. Devotees come to identify themselves by his name alone. His sign appears as a Roman religious symbol on guards’ shields.

His name is invoked to glorify heroes, and he can act as arbiter in single combat, with the duel fought and judged under his gaze.
