Mecanus is the plane of order and the map of the universe, a structured power where even access to special places requires protocol and formal bureaucracy, such as letters of recommendation and proper hiring.

Description
The whole multiverse is disordered by a defect of Mecanus: two gears are missing, producing a glitch in the projection of the planes. A rift runs through its structure or realm, and demonic and chaotic forces know where to bite.
History
Mecanus corrupted the last Modron march. In the current cosmic crossroads, chroniclers name it enemy number one.
