Desilachado (“frayed”) is the device of Taito that binds his body to the maelstrom through nanobots forged in Sky Metal. Where the skin of the technical genius ends, the fabric of the psychic network begins, and the stitching is so fine that it is no longer known which thread is flesh and which is signal.
It grants him augury (seeing what the network sees) and control over objects connected to it, at the price of being threaded himself into the loom of the Master.
