Negotiator / Intermediary of the Descent is a figure who proposes deals and trade to the travelers of the Descent. He acts as an intermediary, either of Plutus or as an agent of Hecate, offering power and protection in exchange for commitments. He is possibly associated with the Duke of Love.
His true identity is unconfirmed. One hypothesis is that he is the Jack of Hearts in another form, testing the travelers’ loyalty.
