The objective
His name first arrives as a lament: in a trance, Moon River speaks a priest’s words from a thousand years ago, “¿Cómo ha caído el prometedor Isidorito?” (“How has the promising Isidorito fallen?”). The objective is then stated whole: recover the body, recover the spirit with a wish, fulfill what the lich wants to restrain the creature so it can sleep forever, and save the city.
He is in the House of the Black Rider, the old dwelling on the shore of the other city, below, in the dungeons where one of the emissaries was also held.
Other mentions
- His name is among those of an adventuring party that died in the Mediterranean adventures of Khalim, when Khalim still walked as a mortal.
- Fragments set him beside Isidora, a city name: “the father of Isidoro who does not remember why he came… he came for the pearls”, “Nunca muere” (he never dies), and the 144 cities. Isidoro and Isidorito are the same.
