Form (of Pluto) refers to the multiple forms in which Pluto manifests, a sign of his polymorphic nature.
- Wolf form: a gigantic white wolf.
- Hybrid form: an intermediate form, wolf and humanoid.
- Humanoid form: closer to a human appearance, but demonic.
The white wolf is a symbol of his infernal power; the impaled serpent indicates a magical bond or a punishment.
