Pocopis Clinic is a clinic or counseling place in Hell, presumably in the sixth circle, in Hecate’s City of Dis.
It works as a consultorio (clinic): the place where the spiritual condition of the damned is investigated and diagnosed. It is a point of contact between Hell and corporeality, where infernal bodies are “consulted” about their damnation.
