History
- In the displaced Atlantis, when a blood pact is proposed before the brotherhood’s ritual post, he evades it — “maybe my blood is not the best” — and a pact of words is made instead.
- Before Mount Vernon he is formally disassociated from the Green Mountain Boys, in case something goes wrong.
- He is listed among the Guardians of Books (“Billy Jean (the guardian?)”) and goes on to travel through time. His named opposite is Cortés, the other guardian, “more of Books”. The Fever belongs to the same series. The note is set beside the Palace of Electricity and the date 1891.
