Portable Holes (agujeros portátiles) are an infernal means of transportation. When negotiation with the infernal authorities fails, characters create or access them, presumably as wormholes or escape portals.
They are apparently generated through infernal magic or as a by-product of diplomatic failure. They are similar to the faceted crystal of the Descent, but probably less controlled and more dangerous.
