Agnimia traveled to the Tower on the Elemental Plane of Fire seeking her brother Reghalid Matheos, a Recoverer of the City of the Union. Reghalid had stolen a powerful book of planar wisdom and hidden it in the Tower, which protected him from an Infernal being pursuing him.
