Description
A woman of about fifty with impeccable protocol, unrivaled in the lake region at receiving guests, seating each where fitting and making talk those who did not mean to. Those who met her remember that she has wings and that nobody saw her enter or leave: she appears where needed and vanishes the same way.
Role
Beneath the courtesy runs an intelligence network. She fabricates rumors at will and opens doors to the island’s underground and forbidden contacts. Through her mediation the emissaries came to deal with the faction of the Gallos.
Open questions
- The Archive records another bearer of the name Suga, the harlequin who descended through the Inferno. Whether the coincidence is an echo between chronicles or mere chance is not established.
